Here are two interesting screenshots of Tornado. Interesting for three reasons. One, the perspective is unusual - it is shot from the top (F2 key) just as the plane is screaming away at an angle. Two, the ground detail is typical of the game, which in the early-1990s was the most detailed portrayal of landscape of
any flight simulation game. Three, the ground detail was a product of David Marshall's talent in designing ground structures and landscape detail, and indicative of what was to come years later in terms of scenery design.
