About This Game

The series portrays battles spanning from 1948 to 1979. Each scenario is played on a unique, historical map with nine view modes. Scenario maps are based on topographic maps from the period created on a hex grid. Hexes are 250 meters across.

Each scenario is based on a painstakingly researched historical engagement and has a variable number of turns in which you and your opponent attempt to achieve the maximum number of victory points, usually by destroying your opponent's forces or by capturing objective locations. A wide variety of battle situations are represented in the game, including firebase defense, helicopter air assaults, meeting engagements, trench defenses, armored breakthroughs, battles of attrition, mobile defenses, search and destroy, and more.

1) SITUATION:
a) Enemy:
DDR PzG COY (+) with tnk support has attacked town of TIRWA and NISSILANTIE and taken control of the surrounding area. They have been seen preparing defensive positions.

ENY is expected to begin probing further NORTH at any moment. Expect ENY recon movement.

Units sighted match that of a Mech BTN with T72, BMP1 and other tracked vehicles. It is suspected they have been assigned ATGMs.

b) Own:
You are part of Mech BTN that has been tasked with counter attack in this sector. We have been hit hard and do not have the forces normally at our disposal. Road 24 is being secured by Lima PLT.

It is CO BTN intent to launch a counter attack before ENY gets a foothold and is able to bring in more reinforcements. We have the option of calling in reserves but only if neccesary.

Hello everybody,

This time we'll start with a small release. As we said before, we began working together with Mikhail =HH=Pauk Zemskov who makes great gameplay videos. The first fruit of this cooperation has been presented to you in April in Dev Blog #222 - that video was dedicated to our first WWII project - Battle of Stalingrad. And today we present you his second work - Battle of Moscow. As always, =HH=Pauk captured the spirit of the project, its vibe, very well. See for yourself:



In the meantime, the Bodenplatte release comes closer and closer. We told about the work we're doing at this stage in our previous Dev Blog, and today we want to show you some visual results - it is better to see once than to hear a thousand words. Even better - to see in the sim engine already. The hero of the day is the British fighter Hawker Tempest Mk.V series 2. It turned out to be very complex and simultaneously very interesting to recreate - like all British flying machines which were always famous for their distinctness and original design decisions:

Hello, Feudalists!

This week we want to start our devblog with a great thanks to all players who joined the big AMA discussion last Friday. It was hot, interesting, inspiring and very productive for the team. We've gathered a lot of useful feedback and case studies during that discussion. We took seriously numerous your requests to make progression easier, so now we consider several options of solving this problem. Also, we can reveal that we are planning to make a series of updates based on players' suggestions from the AMA. And the first "post-AMA" update will be released next week. You may expect rework of Working Outfits, increasing progression of t3 and t4 armor and quite interesting feature (let it be our little surprise :) that will make exploring of Godenland forests much more interesting.
