A few years back you couldn't find primary source material for scenarios and had to piece together OOBs and Locations from all sorts of sources. Nowadays you can find the Schematic Kriegsliederung (schematic order of battle) online.
Here's June 22, 1941 or B-TAG (Barbarossa Day).

And lately, I've found the original OKH order of battle before the Balkans interfered. 12th Army is in Romania with 14th Motorized Corps.

So, let's see what we can do with a Panzer Corps in Romania.
Here's the overall situation. Fog of War is off, so you see lots of Red Army units the Germans normally wouldn't see.
Most of Army Group South is deployed in southern Poland to the upper left with German 12th Army in northern Romania and Romanian 3rd and 4th Armies deployed to the south.

The situation with Army Group South. 6th army is deployed in the north, with a lean two Corps 1st Panzer Group. 17th Army is to the south. Behind AGS are those divisions belonging to the AGS itself and those belonging to OKH.

In Romania, German 12th Army presses up to the State Frontier. To the south, a strong Romanian 3rd Army prepares an offensive while Romanian 4th Army defends Bucharest and Ploesti.

German 12th Army has 10 infantry divisions in 4 Army Corps and 1 Panzer Corps with two Panzer divisions, the SS Motorized division Wiking and the 125th Regiment. This regiment is one of the experimental units that Germany tested during various campaigns. The 125th regiment is a heavy assault, motorized unit with its own assault gun detachment, heavy artillery and troops trained in fortress assaults historically used in the Balkans.

Army Group South moves. The two Panzer corps ignore the Red Army border screen and surge around flanks and into the rear of Red Army garrisons. Air support arrives and tactical bombing supports the infantry of 6th and 17th Armies surge over the Bug River and envelope the Red Army border screen units.
Note, of 32 divisional moves, 31 were Move To Attack, even if the unit came up one hex short of an enemy unit. Why? Combat Move will bring those units forward to the enemy during the Combat Phase.

German 12th Army. Again, almost all Move to Attack, with one Normal Move by a reserve unit.

During, the Combat Phase the infantry of 6th and 17th Armies use Combat Phase Move to close pockets and advance several units. Pockets are advantageous in that any Retreat result becomes an Elimination of that unit.

And in Romania, the same formula. German 12th Army and Romanian 4th Army close pockets and advance in preparation for actual combat.

As the Combat Phase continues the German 6th and 17th Armies attack and Panzer Group 1 overruns Wolodomierz and 36th Motorized Division clears the rail line between Chelmno and Kowel.

An overview of the end of the Combat Phase in the north. Panzer Group 1 now advances on a broad front and overruns Luck with Air Support from the Ju-88s of KS4.

German 12th Army in northern Romania. While an infantry division managed to assault and seize a bridgehead at Hotin, in the west, it is unsupported. In the east 14th Panzer Corps used Combat Phase Move to seize a bridgehead at Mogilev-Podolski with Air Support from Ju-88s of Fliegerfuhrer Balkans.

The Red Army reaction. A choreographed chaos ensues as any frontline rifle divisions still in supply, retreats to the east while reserve rifle divisions in the interior use Strategic Rail Move and Move to Exploit to move west and the Mechanized Corps put in counter attacks to slow the Germans before using Combat Phase Moves to retreat.

An overview of the end of week 1. In the north 6th Army and Panzer Group 1 have swept away two Rifle Armies and cleared a wide corridor to the east. 17th Army finds itself in a grinding drive through the heart of two more Red Armies. The Red Army has concentrated three full Mechanized Corps and the remains of a fourth to counter attack Panzer Group 1. In the forming pocket to the west, two more Mechanized Corps slow German 17th Army before retreating and in the south three Mechanized Corps are closing on German 14th Panzer Corps and one more Mechanized Corps concentrates against the Romanians.

Supply lines at the end of week 1. The German Panzers don't have to actually close the pocket to place all Red Army units still to the west out of supply. Supply losses effect defense, movement and double casualties.
