Bugfixes:
FB32-96373: CodeMeter Installer: Windows: During installation as an update, Windows Explorer was closed in certain cases but not reopened. This meant that users with basic knowledge could no longer operate the computer as usual. To deregister the CodeMeter component associated with Windows Explorer, Windows Explorer is now closed before the actual update and restarted after deregistration. Previously opened Windows Explorer windows will not be restored.
FB32-96684: CodeMeter Installer: Windows: During an update installation of a version prior to CodeMeter 8.00 to 8.10/8.10a, the CodeMeter library (WibuCm32.dll) was removed due to an internal sequence of installation steps. This also meant that .NET applications in 32-bit mode could no longer access CodeMeter. The internal sequence has been changed so that the file remains available after an update and a repair installation is no longer necessary.
FB32-100070: cmu: On Windows Server 2016, the query for country settings is not available via current Windows API methods. Calling this function in CmDust / cmu caused it to crash.
FB32-100077: WibuCmNET.dll: The WibuCmNET.dll was delivered unsigned.
