1) SITUATION:
a) Enemy:
The enemy occupies the Jalibah Airfield and is defending with a mechanized Company composed of BMP2's and T80U's.
-The enemy is defending with one ADA platoon, consisting of ZSU-23's.
-The enemy maintains the ability to call for 1 flight of Mi24 attack helicopters that are stationed at the airfield.
-The enemy maintains a reserve force of 1x Tank CO south of the airfield, and will deploy them if necessary.
-The Enemy can call upon 152mm artillery support from rear positions.
b) Friendly:
You command a Tank CO/TM with 2x platoon of M1A2 Abrams, and 1x platoon of M2A2 IFV's.
c) Attachments and detachments:
1x Flight (2x) AH64 CCA (Trigger: CAS)
1x Support Platoon (refuel / rearm/ casevac) led by the First Sergeant.
2) MISSION:
Destroy the enemy Jalibah airfield.
3) EXECUTION:
2. Attack and seize Jalibah Airfield.
3. Destroy refuelers at hangars east and west of the airfield.
3) SUPPORT
1. A light infantry platoon will conduct an air assault on Jalibah village to clear any dismounted threats in the village.
2. 2x AH64 Apaches for Close Combat Aviation
2. 15x sorties of CAS
3. 155mm Artillery support (HE, Smoke and ICM). Priority targets 1-4.
4) COORDINATION
1. Jalibah village has to be secured before ordering supplyunits to FARP 1 (trigger)
