3/A's PCs are dead, lost in one ambush after another, but the infantry moves ahead, moving from one forest to another to conceal their attack on the airport. Meanwhile, Oleg and 1/2/A attack the front door of the crossroads

Friendly fire happens here. Friendly infantry fire an RPG, the AI commander calls enemy infantry on the opposite side of the building (the enemy infantry are really in the valley), I think the RPG is from enemy infantry, and I kill several friendly infantry :(

1/2/A and 3/2/A are dead, but the crossroads is ours, thanks to Oleg's supporting fire from 1/1/A. Meanwhile, the march in the south continues. I lose 1 infantry squad, but the rest sneak to the airport's back door
