What's your gaming pleasure this weekend? 22/02/19    :gamer

PC is on life support :SOS

I will continue to do the things I normally do...Which is nearly everything   ::)

However I will try and delve more into the depths of vACMI  :book
Maybe even create a mission  :thumbsup

Hopefully

Maybe something which does not require a decent pc to play...

That's what I am trying to play.    :thumbsup

4.00 GHz clock-speed, the Pentium Gold G5620 (retail SKU: BX80684G5620)

going to be cheap as chips, only dual core mind you 2-core/4-thread CPU clocked at 4.00 GHz without Turbo Boost. 256 KB of L2 cache per core and 4 MB of shared L3 cache are also offered. The integrated graphics solution is Intel's workhorse UHD Graphics 630, with 24 execution units. The dual-channel DDR4 integrated memory controller supports up to 64 GB of DDR4-2400 memory. The chip's TDP is rated at 65W. Pricing is up in the air, with retail channel shortages expected to swing the chip on both sides of the $100-mark. Availability is slated for early-March, 2019.

add in a low end M/B, use your old ram, and stick in a mid priced GPU, and it will be fine unless you play at 4k on FPS etc, or other high end games, mostly my type of test games will be more than happy with it

Milviz Phantom J/S here , still tons to learn on it , no where near dropping ordinance in it .

Hopefully release latest update to Isil Offensive Theatre , got a bit sidetracked with above .

I might visit the DCS A10c or the KA50 cos they're easy to blow tons of stuff up with.

And I got Anthem as a free download so might have a go at that .

yes, depends on how there programmed, as most won't use more than one core, but for those that do, yes must admit an I7 is almost the only way to go, unless you like and have a AMD board etc, as good prices atm

I5 8600k is not a bad price and they are designed to overclock to over 4.5ghz . I was able to get mine to 4.8 stable relatively easily .
