My thoughts are that those that participated would get a star, number, or diamond for each phase you participated in.
The look of the ribbon should be different from anything currently issued by SB community, and specific for us to tell that it belongs to DOW.

My two cents.

Thank you Asid and Red for running with this and getting the process started. Looks like soon we will be able to issue them out, once we have the list to post, and a finalized ribbon with phase participation merits ready.

Id prefer to have something modest.

Im looking up for more campaigns. Maybe in future we could play a mixed campaign as well.. like.. first we clear road with tanks.. then we move in infantry... and change to Insurgency. :D how cool would that be.

Stardog I like it, but 4-7 is not with 1st CAV so options I think would be to have either the CAV red and white, or 2ID patch behind the 4-7, or get rid of the patch behind it.

If you were part of 3 or less you will get the ribbon without stars. If you were at 4 or more then you will get the stars. The list will be out this week, and then you will be able to download the ribbon you should display.

Hi Red

This is not and never has been a competition. This is a community and we all bring a little something to the group. Stardog was asked by my self-months ago to produce ribbons but real life got in his way. Stardog has made quite a few graphics for our group and I’m sure you will agree that he is talented. Most importantly he really enjoys making the graphics.

Every member of the group has input in the Dogs of War

In this case however, I bow out to Master Stardog. If anything, I've learned some minimal basics on how to use art on Word. So it's all good actually. ;)

Next project (besides landing a job): SCENARIO DESIGNING!

Players that are authorized this ribbon are as follows for participating in between 1-3 missions of the campaign. You should be able to save the ribbon from this post, and re-size it if needed. If there are any questions, or you think you participated in more please find myself or Asid online in TS, and have some kind of saved game info showing more than 3 missions. Thank you to those that participated at any point in the missions.

You can upload the image to a host like photobucket. Then use the link it generates.

Post by: Cougar11 on June 27, 2015, 01:06:07 AM: There might be a correction to the 1-3 mission ribbon. The one I show from stardog's list that I quoted, has the 1st CAV logo instead of the 2id Indian Head patch. The 4 or more ribbon is fine.
