Greetings!
It's been a while since I've heard anything on Tigers Unleashed. I still want to purchase this game, but the progress and patching issues have made me very hesitant to pull out my card.
Thank you.

Hi SystemInShock
The dev has had more problems with his hardware. I would wait until at least the next update. I will post on this site as soon as I have it.

Thank you, sir. You are on top of things as usual.

As a TU user i would say to you to wait until SIGNIFICANT further development.
TU and POA are very similar in matter of quality and polishing. Both have basic bugs, constant crashes and the worst UN-feature of all, bad optimization for turn running. even small scale battles may take HOURS (in real life) to get resolved.
Also, the devs do not officially update both games frequently, but if you request bug fixes from them by email, they will send some kind of "shut up alpha patch" that won't, actually, resolve most things.
Overall, do not buy it. HPS simulations has gone under the minimal line of tolerance IMAO.
HPS games: great concept, bad price and even worst game engine/coding.

Good evening folks, please, allow me to use the shovel on this topic.
I've sent an email to HPS requesting information about new patches concerning TU and PoA ( Since both of them are completely unplayable due to crashes and bugs ).
Rich didn't give me a solid answer, but he said that Scott should be releasing a patch soon and that they consider both games as still unfinished. In better words, here's what Rich replied to me:
"
Hi ***
Thanks for the note. I sent this on to Scott and he'll be in touch with you - but yes, he has new updates that are very close to release. He definitely does not consider them "finished".
Regards,
Rich"
