Are you happy to grab a brigade? I'm making scenario and thought about 2.5 hours... although, who knows, might be all over before :)

Guys, I owe you apologies - Cavalry wasn't balanced and infantry quality difference was too big for French number to make up... however 30 French guns vs 18 Allied should make difference if properly used... it takes experience players though - Gonzo is very experienced with use of Cavalry both in vanilla and KS mod... so having better Cav the result was easy to predict...

Like knowing there's a risk the commanders will desynch and being prepared to do something about it more directly... :P
I thought the mission design was fine, btw. ;D The most fundamental error on my part, was that I don't have maneuver timing/scale concepts in my head right. 2-1/2 hours is not enough time to try something clever at the division level. I should have planned a more straightforward advance with Asid.
...and then one of my AI brigadiers went insane, and my largest artillery group rebelled against their captain later in the map... :o
