Title: Turn off tree kills

Turn off tree kills.

When you hit a tree and it kills crew members or damages the engine. It is frustrating as it can happen at very slow speeds. It is inconsistent.

I think it would be better to not allow trees to damage the vehicles/crew.

This is what I think.

Agreed. It's an annoyance we can live without.
