I found a good price on a Wacom Intuos 4 on Amazon some time ago. Maybe you can still find one at Amazon, you don´t really need all the tactil stuff on th new ones. ArtRage 4 is a great program, it mixes oil´s real nice too and has a great price. If you need any help with stuff like this just let me know! ;)

Ive done some digi drawings, and I liked it so much I bought a Surface Pro, sadly found tou cant do straight lines with the pens, seems to be a unversal thing too, ipad was the same. and alot of people cheat wiith digi drawing by filtering real pics to look like artwork. I started with the wocom too,

Thank you all for your kind words! I will try to put more time into this.
@Gameleaper If they cheat by filtering real pics to look like artwork, they are only cheating them selfs I would think.
I do reference pictures in my drawings, the husky above is drawn from a real picture, it´s not straight out of my head. The wave is straight out of my head. Any artist has to reference something, be it a copy of something he/she did or something he/she learned from someone else. Nobody is born with a natural talent of knowing how to do something with out learning/imitating someone else.
I did use other programs in the past working with web pages and multimedia for a company I use to work for and used Freehand, Corel Draw, Fireworks and Illustrator. With these programs if you used "Shift+LMB" (drag to the direction you want) you could draw a straight line. Iam sure you can do it with "SketchUp" too. Not to sure if you can do that with ArtRage never tried it, but you can always use a stencil, ArtRage comes with a set of stencils or see video below ;)

I like the wold in particular. :) I draw myself but I haven't practiced a lot with animals. Below is a sample of what I've done recently. I focus on people but the next step is to try something different.

Nice Lusik! Don´t know with what you did that pic but it looks like Photoshop to me.
-
Yes, it was hand drawn in Photoshop with Wacom Intuos Pro tablet.
-
Very impressive Lusik, that is some real talent!
The human form completely escapes me. Every time I try to draw it they look like cartoons. ::)
