I dont think that this will work out. Our Culture is quite bit More weird than just saunas. This will conflict with our typical behavior... and probably will get attention in form of lots of Lols... but little if at all use.

Sauna is kind of holy place for relaxing taking easy... shops, restaurant markets.. is.... like away from that area. Like a foreign country. We go to those to do something what is supposed to be done there... so just no... I have very hard time to believe that burger King and Sauna would mix in really profitable way.
