VBS3 v3.9, expected for release in May.

Known so far:

•   New Modular Weapons System
•   Arabic UI

PE availability is unknown at this time.

BISim will release VBS3 v3.9.0 on May 4.

BISim will release VBS3 v3.9.0 on Wednesday, May 4. The latest version of VBS3 features some of the most significant performance improvements in the software to date. In addition, BISim has added new mission planning capabilities, new features for customizing weapons, improvements to its interoperability gateway and much more.
