New features for VBS3 and TerraTools

In April 2013, BISim acquired TerraSim Inc., the developer of TerraTools and several source data preparation products used to simplify simulation database development. With nearly 20 years experience, TerraSim is the technology leader in commercial products enabling the rapid production of correlated terrain for visual, constructive, and serious game simulation systems.
Since TerraSim joined with BISim, we’ve been able to leverage their technology to enhance terrain generation capabilities. In this newsletter, we’re excited to highlight new developments from TerraSim. In addition, we’re pleased to announce an exciting new capability in VBS3, VBS Radio, which replaces our legacy in-game communications system and is included in VBS3 v3.7.2 for free.
