You must apply in advance. For this rule is set for good reasons, not having signed up until 19.50 GMT latest, means you wont play. If you signed up, but cannot make it or arent sure you can make it in time, post it here! When signing up, you declare that you most probably will be able to participate and that you are ready to play at 20.00 GMT latest. If you re not sure that this applies, dont sign up. You still can inform, that you might come, but in any case, confirm until the given deadline.

20.00 GMT is the starting time for the MP game to be launched! It is NOT the time when we begin to meet pre battle. Make sure you appear 10 or at least 5 minutes before 20.00 GMT. Joining the host after, but before 20.00 GMT latest is only tolerated. Keep in mind, that not letting wait your comrades is simply a matter of respect!

No official SoW session tonight!

1. Players came past 20.00 GMT.

2. Uncertain version-situation due language and communication issues. Obviously the new patch wasnt installed by the players yet, so the compatibility couldnt be confirmed.

I gave the link to new game game patch 1.03 in the TS text chat. Hopefully everyone got it and we all have the same version 1.03 installed when we meet next time.

I dont know if they got the patch. I even dont know what version they use (steam or retail). I asked several times on TS, but didnt get any reply.
Nevertheless, players came past the tolerated delay, really too late, so I wouldnt have played anyway. I sent PMs about this matter (again) hoping that theres an understanding that the announced time is not the time when we successively begin to gather, but the time, when every player had to join the host ready for playing.

Calculating to arrive within the very last minutes before the deadline shall not be the risk of the present players, but of the ones who might do not see, that for our MP sessions there is a certain approach for some preparations. From time to time there are always unforeseen issues causing delay, which nessecairily lead to individuel lateness. This is why we meet 30 minutes before the announced starting time and all shall be present at least 10 minutes before. If all notified players are present, we even could begin to play sooner.

Those who perhaps state, that there was no tolerance, just ignore that we actually meet up to 30 minutes before the dated point and an arrival just within the last 10 minutes before is already considered as the tolerated delay. They also might ignore the contributions already made before like the shift to a later dating or the already tolerated idle time after the announced launching at each and every DoW-SoW-evening for several months.
