Description: A strategic level Civil War game. Perhaps one of its best-known features is its reduction of the player from overall commander to semi-overall commander. Whereas in most games troops follow your every command, in this game troops oftentimes decide whether to move as commanded or not. This reflects the difficulty of personality in Civil War commanders.
