Mapview 1.2.0 is available

A new, more powerful, version of Mapview is available. This version 1.2.0 is simpler, faster, and supports Open Street Map data. Soon, SRTM3 elevation data should also be supported!

Hi Acrobatics,

I have take a couple of minutes to check this source and below the result :
1) This source provide square (256x256) with several size and zoom including zoom=11. Mapview use this value for other sources
2) The image format provided is PNG. I had developped and then abandonned this format because too much expansive in memory when the file must be transparent. I will reintroduce this export format in a next version.
3) This source don't providesquare for all the earth and Mapview need to generate tiles 1°x1° for Tacview. Of course, border areas will generate incomplete tiles. In addition of the previous point, I can replace square missing in source by a full transparent square.

The output file for a tile 1°x1° must be PNG to have transparent (alpha) value. Tacview need to manage transparent value too.

Thanks for your interest!
