Be prepared!
Preparation is key for a successful mission. Tag enemy fighters before they reach you, make sure your destination is marked but most importantly, make sure you have the right team for the job. On a WW2 bomber, every role is essential for victory!

Dambusters meets Minecraft! Throw in a dose of Microprose's B17 II Mighty Eighth. Mix well. Love the graphics. And the Browning tracer effects. Which one looks like Guy Gibson?

Rock Scissors and Paper gives a review and a hint of coming DLCs, base on feedback from gamers and what the gamers want, here (https://www.rockpapershotgun.com/2017/11/06/bomber-crew-dlc-plans/#more-491243). Psst. Think B-17. or B-24. My take on this? Throw in co-op mode with a squadron of bombers flying in formation and forming a defensive cube against the enemy fighter planes.

PcGamer.com has a nice review (http://www.pcgamer.com/keeping-your-crew-and-plane-alive-in-bomber-crew-is-tough-and-fun/) here of the game's addictiveness. The Disqus comments at the bottom of the review page contain a puns thread that elicited more than a few laughs from me!
In a way, Bomber Crew is a tribute to the sacrifice of the pilots and crew of Bomber Command. Bomber Command suffered the worst casualty rate of any British unit in World War Two, losing nearly half its 125,000 men who had all volunteered. In 2012, the Queen of England unveiled the (then) £6.5m Bomber Command memorial in central London. In that same year, Tony Rennel wrote a poignant article in Mailonline.com. He tells it as it is.

Rear gunner Jim McGillivray, 87, from South Ockenden, Essex, who was shot down in 1945, said:
“Being a rear gunner was cold and frightening…bear in mind that I’d only been in a car twice before I joined.”
Brave? They were scared witless. What made them heroes was defying that fear, raid after terrifying raid. (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2159978/Brave-They-scared-witless-What-heroes-defying-fear-raid-terrifying-raid.html)
