I routinely remove people from my STEAM friends list who I have not heard from,talked to in a while or played on STEAM with.
It does NOT mean that I am angry or negative towards them in any way. Just some house keeping, that is all. :)

I actually did get some negativity when I removed people last time :-X
I am about to remove everyone I do not play games on steam with or chat through steam with.
