What's your gaming pleasure this weekend? 20/09/19    :gamer

Work/real life  stuff  ongoing...Good weather this weekend so hopefully RC flying with electric helos. Maybe fix the servo issue on my plane...A nose in impact from 30 feet  didn't help.....   :flyaway

Military flight sim in P3DV4
Vietnam/SE-Asia missions. Yep, thats right and they fight back  :bitchslap

I use: FSX@War, CCP, FSCAI, VACMI (SSW)

There is a new release of FSCAI which makes the enemy ai come alive!   here (http://dogsofwarvu.com/forum/index.php/topic,7596.0.html) . FSCAI is coming on very nicely. I will use it with the trusty FSX@War

Military simulation is VERY doable in P3D. I enjoy having the entire world to fly in as well as real weather. I can fly a mission in Syria, Libya, Afghanistan, Vietnam. In fact almost anywhere.
Planes I will use:
- Milviz F100D
- Milviz FG-1D Corsair
- F84F THUNDERSTREAK by SimSkunk Works
- Mirage IIIC by Resterauvia
- VRS Superbug F/18E
- JustFlight Avro Vulcan

Histwar: closed Beta  :wink_2

If I get time maybe:
- Command: Modern Operations
- Gloomhaven
-Tank simulation

That's what I am trying to play.    :thumbsup

Managed a few flights with my RC helis on Friday. Great weather for flying.

I took my Trex 450 & Compass Atom 500. They both performed great, especially the Atom with Skookum 720 FBL (blue).

My lipos are on charge for Saturday  :thumbsup

Got X4 Foundations during the stream summer sale and finally got around to playing it...sucked me in.

Finally got to a point where I could build a huge capital ship fleet and had a big show down battle with a rival and it was classic.  Looked like something out of the final battle scene in rogue one.  If they added FPS ship boarding combat (right now it's abstracted simulated) and planetary combat, this would be the best space game ever made.

With building space station economies and managing fleets in combat, there's still plenty to do.

There are many new recent space space games releases, mostly by indi devs. I have a few of them :)

Immersion is not easy to achieve in this genre.

Had a few more RC heli flights yesterday. Awesome. The weather is getting worse so got to catch it when I can.

Nothing beats being in control (as much as possible  :sifone  ) of an rc heli  :thumbsup
