Title: ArmA3 and TS3 Server planned shutdown for hardware service

Dear DoW members,

The ArmA3  and the TS3 Server will be shut down for hardware maintenance (server will be tuned up to have more cores and RAM)

Maintenance shutdown:   10/22/2015 00:00:00 AM EDT   -  6:00 AM W.Europe Daylight -  4:00 AM GMT -> length max. 24h
