Title: Engine start bug

When you turn off your engine and someone jumps into your vehicle (F8) the engine restarts on its own. This should not happen unless its keyless starting????  ::)

It is to simulate that your driver was sleeping, and when the F8 person jumped off your tank it scared them, and they thought it was time to move!!!  :o :P

This is annoying and can give away your position to the enemy! This has been around for at least over a year.

Is this another "feature"?
