FB45799: CodeMeter License Server: On automatic handle re-allocating the Minimum Firmware Version was not considered.

Firm Code licenes in virtual machines.

I knew about 6.40a, but didn't know if Steel Beasts would cooperate with it, which is why I never mentioned it and never installed it. :-[

I have been using it for a while with no issues.

I just installed 6.40a, and it works great with Steel Beasts. :)
