a very under rated a for me one of the better ones out, just didn't get the buyers that imo it should have, which is a shame as support from this dev is second to none and beats most AAA titles hands down

as shown by the support from his previous game

http://www.matrixgames.com/forums/tt.asp?forumid=1239

Germany at War: Barbarossa 1941

still being updated and having more maps and mods and new campaigns many years after release, so you can't wish or hope for more from the dev with these, pure gold imo :winner

This scenario is a simulation and does not have any political message.

DOW DOW Golan Gauntlet by HotTom (modified by Rinix)

OPORDER From Bravo Company Commander. You are Executive Officer, Bravo Company.

TUESDAY 9 OCTOBER 1973 1400 Hours

1. SITUATION

A. ENEMY:

SYRIAN forces abandoned Tel Faris at noon today and are retreating north. They are expected to try to re-establish a defensive line north of Kuneitra.

As they have every time they have retreated since fighting began Saturday afternoon, the Syrians can be expected to leave "stay behind" forces in ambush positions as they withdraw.

The units to our front are elements of the Syrian 1st Tank Division's 2nd Mechanized Brigade. Although in combat since Sunday and severely battered, the 1st Tank Division has been receiving reinforcements and supplies convoyed across the Tank Ditch to their supply base at Hushniya. They are not likely to run short of fuel or ammunition until we can cut the Division's Main Supply Route: The Kuneitra-Rafid Highway, which you are about to seize.

The Israeli Air Force reported this morning the Syrians' large force of SAMs has been neutralized and the IAF today regained air superiority over the Golan.

B. FRIENDLY:

Your platoons are the lead element -- and the entire remaining tank force -- of LTC Yoav Vaspe's 7th Armored Infantry Battalion which has been ordered to continue north from Tel Faris to Kuneitra and establish a perimeter there.

The Syrians were driven off Tel Faris by LTC Moshe Maler's 61st Tank Battalion, which numbered only eight tanks and now is down to six. Meler's battalion will advance northeast from Rafid, on your right.

At 1600, COL Mordechai Ben Porat's 9th Armored Infantry Brigade will attack north toward the 1st Syrian Armored Division's main supply base at Hushniya. His units should be on your left by late afternoon.

2. MISSION: AT 1500 Hours, 1st and 2nd Platoons, Bravo Company advance north from Rafid along the Kuneitra-Rafid Highway, clear the defile north of Tel Faris, engage any Syrian stay-behind units along the highway, cut the MSR for the Syrian 1st Armored Division and establish a perimeter defense at Kuneitra.

3. EXECUTION: 1st and 2nd Platoons will advance north as quickly as possible, engaging only those Syrian units that pose a direct threat to follow-on forces using the highway. The B Company XO will accompany the platoons and direct their activities.  One platoon of artillery with six tubes will be in direct support of your operation.

4. ADMIN & LOG: SOP

5. COMMAND & SIGNAL: Current SOI remains in effect.

X-Plane 11 PA-28R Turbo Arrow III/IV: Just Flight

Just Flight, in partnership with Thranda Design, are proud to present the PA-28R Turbo Arrow III and Arrow IV for X-Plane 11.

Following on from their critically acclaimed Arrow III for X-Plane 11, this highly detailed simulation of the PA-28R Turbo Arrow III and Arrow IV has been developed by Just Flight's in-house team following comprehensive, hands-on research with a real-life Arrow III, G-BGKU, based at Conington Airfield.

The PA-28R Turbo Arrow III and Arrow IV are four seater, turbocharged piston-engine aircraft equipped with a retractable tricycle landing gear and constant-speed propeller – ideal for touring and instrument training.

First available in 1977, the Turbo Arrow III was the first turbocharged variant of the PA-28R Arrow, retaining the conventional tail of the Arrow III and a new cowling which housed the six-cylinder turbocharged engine. The Turbo Arrow IV followed in 1979 and featured the distinctive T-tail which was common amongst other Piper aircraft.

The aircraft are flown all around the world and this add-on reflects that global popularity. The product features eight liveries from the USA, UK, Germany, Switzerland, Italy and the Czech Republic.

The PA-28R Turbo Arrow III and Arrow IV for X-Plane 11 feature PBR materials with real-time environment reflections for superb quality and realism, 4096 x 4096 textures for the highest possible texture clarity and numerous animations including a multi-animation passenger door that, when open, responds to G-forces and air resistance.
