New Licensing System Takes Full Effect with VBS3 v17.4

As I reported quite a while ago, BiSim will be using WIBU CodeMeter for future licensing.
Earlier this year, BISim introduced a new licensing system called WIBU. The new system from WIBU CodeMeter provides customers with greater flexibility and helps reduce overhead. With versions 17.2 and 17.3, BISim has been gradually transitioning customers to the new system.
Starting with VBS3 v17.4, customers will only be able to access licenses if they use the new WIBU system.
