Taskforce Radio Updated to V9.12

Changelog:

v0.9.12
Added CBA Settings implementation to replace userconfig.
Added Teamspeak 3.1 support.
Teamspeak Plugins are now packed in a ts3_plugin installer.
Fixed dead people could hear Zeus.
Fixed Bug where Teamspeak plugin wouldn't load. Big thanks to Dr_Eyeball!


v0.9.11
* Probably fixed issue with hearing dead peoples.
* LR radio is not given by default.

Update to 64bit

Download the dll manually and put it into your @task_force_radio directory

task_force_radio_pipe_x64.dll (131KB): HERE (https://github.com/michail-nikolaev/task-force-arma-3-radio/releases/download/0.9.12/task_force_radio_pipe_x64.dll)
