Clearing Oberhoff Warriors + Challengers by swordsmandk

Clearing Oberhoff

1) Situation:
a) Enemy: Red Airborne unit. Light Armor. ATGM weapons. Size unknown. Enemy has secured Route Red(RUTE RD).

b) Own: Units from II/JDR has cut off Red Airborne landing East of Oberhoff. Units from the English Battalion has secure the norhtern flank and II/JDR the southern.
You are in command of a reinforced PNINF platoon with armor support from british tank platoon. You have 1 section of morters and supply section also. One Scout section from II/JDR (unplayable) is already in position.

2)Task
a) Secure Route Red
b) Secure the two hostile strongpoints ZZ1 and ZZ2
c) Keep blue casualties low.

You will advance to Line LD and conduct recon and attack against ZZ1 and ZZ2.

3) Plan:
Up to you!

Purpose of mission is to secure Route Red (RUTE RD) and to take and secure ZZ1 and ZZ2. DO NOT cross Phaseline Charlie!

Purpose of excersise is coordination between tanks and IFV.

4) UNITS
All vehicles are 100 operational.

Dear Friends,

After the recent release of the update 3.102 many of you wondered "why there are no new Bodenplatte planes"? There is nothing strange about it: the remaining three player-controllable fighters and AI-controlled bomber are the most complex and difficult to produce objects in the entire history of our team. But the more difficult is the task the more interesting is the result. At the moment we plan to make all these four planes available to you in the next huge update at the end of September that will also bring the important new features we're working on at the moment. Here's the rundown on their current statuses:

P-51D-15: cockpit texturing and flight model is in development.

P-38J-25: cockpit texturing is nearly finished, the flight model is finished, it will go to beta testing soon.

Tempest Mk.V ser.2: 3D model is finished, the flight model is nearly finished, it will go to beta testing soon as well.

B-25D (Mitchell II): 3D model is finished, were working on the last bits of texturing and turret animations, the flight model is in development.
The work on the Rhineland map for Bodenplatte is also progressing well and we'll show you some of...

About This Game




BATTLES FOR SPAIN

This game represents Four Battles of the Spanish Civil War, battles of Ebro, Teruel, Guadalajara and Merida or La Serena. Players can play as Nationalists, Republican or both in player vs player game.

Unit size is battalion for infantry and cavalry, company or battalion for armoured cars or tanks, batteries for artillery and squadron for Aircrafts. In each battle, there is an attacker and a defender. The objective for the attacker is to do as history was or better, and for the defensor to avoid the historical defeat or to do a counterattack succesful to achieve better results than the historical ones.
