Title: Map error in river hexside between hexes 231,163 and 231,164

It looks like the river hexside between hexes 231,163 and 231,164 is not coded properly. As can be seen from the screenshot below from the Poland 1939 scenario (program version 1.0.10), the German 12th Infantry Division can move from hex 231,163 to 231,166, when it should only be able to move one hex to 231,164.
