So many simulations to choose from. I just had a flash of thought. It just hit me. Out of the blue. SteelBeasts. The original SteelBeasts which came out, like what, 2001? It was groundbreaking. Revolutionary in the genre of armor simulation. Fast graphics, good gameplay, fantastic mission editor, allowed co-op multiplayer (two gamers could play, one as the Commander, the other as Gunner), and it had high ratings in all reviews.

Best of all, if I can generate interest in the history of SteelBeasts Pro PE by highlighting this little puppy, then more Joes and Janes might have their interest piqued enough to try out SteelBeasts Pro PE for themselves. I think that SteelBeasts 1.4 is an ideal bridge between the past and present age of tank simulation. Now if I can only convince SSnake and company to make the original SteelBeasts source code open source. Haha. Mad scientist at work.
