This week it will be:
Book of Demons. I am getting closer to the devil! I am armed with many enchantments and my sword is sharp.
Scourge of War: Waterloo. More multiplayer using KS + HITS. Brilliant.
Steel Beasts Pro: Playing the DOW mission this Sunday. 1 vehicle each. I am the XO ???
Escape Sierra Leone. Interesting survival game using the beautiful nreal 4 engine. No home building here. Get off the island!
WOFF. If I get the time. They keep updating this which is great.
Work continues on my rc helicopters. I have updated the firmware on my TX. I might even be able to go for a flight or 2 :)
Hopefully...You know how it is :P

Tis the season so I have been sick & pretty busy with shopping & social engagements & not much time for gaming other then a little time here & there.
Saturday & Sunday I have functions to attend that I would much rather just stay home from but "she who must be obeyed" insists I go too.
I am in a flight sim frame of mind. Last night I downloaded the Team Fusion Luftwaffe campaign for IL2 CoD & I want to get into that. A few days ago I kinda rediscovered Rise Of Flight & had a bunch of fun with it so I will probably done my silk scarf & goggles & jump 100yrs back in time for a bit.
Otherwise the weekend will be filled with plays, parties & shopping. I would rather stick needles in my eyes...

Great games. I have them both. How do you find the time to play them?

just playing small scenarios as I get more confident with them I will try the big wars, but I never could get into them in the past, I just looked at the map not knowing what to do, but the tiny scenarios sort of break the strategy down , no I'm going great guns :)

Trying the smaller scenarios is always best. This worked for me in Grigsby's WITE and other titles. When you load a monster scenario. You are left looking at many, many pieces and wondering "where do I start". Many people never do start. They just get stuck on the first move.
Let me know how you get on. I am interested :)

its getting easy to play ageod games now, just fired up the roman one and played with a 25 turn scenario, I'm kinda enjoying making my own objectives like taking a fort at all costs in the middle of a full war. I also have the thirty year war never played but will now, and espania 36 looks tempting to buy in the sale

grand strategy has just clicked for me, I used to play tactical like Tigers on the hunt, or steel panthers. I always watched the youtube and bought grand strategy and played unsuccessfully, but Now I'm really enjoying grand strategy. I could play War in the Pacific though and I also have war plan orange, took me a long time to figure out those, its not the learning its the mindset that you need to come up with a plan .
