About

Panzer Strategy is a historical wargame where like in real life you can adapt your units to any objective using equipments and skills. Moreover you can make your tactics even more flexible with skills and abilities of your HQ and the HQ Commander. And all of these combined with Unreal Engine with the free camera mode allow you to check the whole scene from the aerial view or fall deep into action with the close-up function!

Fight as did the best WWII Commanders!

Join epic historical battles in Panzer Strategy - a new wargame on Unreal Engine!

Features

Commander of your HQ. Before you start the campaign you will choose Commander of your HQ. ?ommander defines some HQ's abilities, bonuses and even side quests sometimes. HQ Commander will build his career as you win the mission. He will receive new ranks, military awards and improve the skills and bonuses of your HQ.

Headquarters. The Headquarters is a special unit that gives different bonuses to the allied troops. Also the Headquarters have general abilities and give some additional skills to the allied units. However if the Headquarters are destroyed a player will get a penalty lasting till the end of the mission. Also the Headquarters can be captured.

The Headquarters receive experience for victory. Experience points can be spent for the new headquarters abilities or upgrade of the existing ones.

Attachments and skills. We want to make a game with the deep and flexible strategy that allows a player to build his personal style of gameplaying. Units' upgrading and tuning are very important to reach that goal.

As in real life units become stronger as they get war experience. They open additional skills that increase their power.

Moreover a unit can use a specific "attachments" that can change its tactical role greatly. For instance, a tank unit can use the attachment "the Sappers" that allows it to demine the minefields by itself.

Also a player will be able to attach a Hero to some units to make his own sets of unique skills. So these elements make you feel really in charge of your army.

The most realistic logistic. A unit has its own reserve of ammo, fuel and so on. It must replenish it though. The supply is literally a vehicle with ammo and fuel that is passing from a supply depot to the unit. If this truck is destroyed the unit will not receive any ammo and won't have the possibility to attack. Moreover supplying depots are joined to the net by roads. If a road is cut by the enemy certain depots' reserves will end and units will not be able to replenish ammo and fuel. When units run out of ammo and fuel their efficiency drops to zero. So supply lines are extremely important in Panzer Strategy as well as maneuvering.

Build your supply system, maneuver to cut the enemy supply lines in order to exhaust him and destroy.

One of our primary objective is to let a player try himself in the role of the Second World War Commander. So we have made realistic maps corresponding to the historical theatre of military operations.

We use the maximal potential of Unreal Engine to make live full 3D maps. Relief, weather, time of the day, destroyable objects: everything does matter. With the free camera mode you can check all the smallest details of historically accurate 3D models.

Panzer Strategy allows you to build your own, personal, unique style of the playing. It has one of the most flexible gameplay for the genre.

Ships have various armament on board and they are modeled historically accurate. Fight as did the best WWII commanders in Panzerstrategy.

Battle of Dunkirk will be the fifth scenario in Panzer Strategy
21 MARCH   - DAIZOR

The Battle of Dunkirk took place in France. As part of the Battle of France on the Western Front, the Battle of Dunkirk was the defense and evacuation to Britain of British and other Allied forces in Europe from 26 May to 4 June 1940.

The German army was to halt for three days, which gave the Allies sufficient time to organize the Dunkirk evacuation and build a defensive line.

The War Office made the decision to evacuate British forces on 25 May. In the nine days, 338,226 men escaped aboard 861 vessels (243 were sunk during the operation).

We will try to reproduce conditions of this dramatic battle in our scenario.

Another scenario: Battle of France
Panzer Strategy - Daizor

It is the German invasion of France and the Low Countries during the WWII.

We use heavy tank Char B1bis on this map. This French heavy tank was a hard target for the Germans. It was a specialized break-through vehicle. Among the most powerfully armed and armored tanks of its day, Char B1bis was very effective in direct confrontations with German armor in 1940.

Still in 1940 German forces defeated Allied forces by mobile operations and conquered France, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands in six weeks.

Fall Rot was the second phase of the conquest of France. The remaining French divisions made a determined resistance but were unable to overcome the German air superiority and armored mobility.

I guess mobility is the keystone in a fight with Char B1bis :)

#8 scenario: Siege of Tobruk
Panzer Strategy - Daizor

This is one of my favorite scenarios! Sea, sands and palm trees like in pirate stories :)

The siege lasted for 241 days in 1941 after Axis forces advanced in Operation Sonnenblume against Allied forces in Libya.

The port was attacked by a force under Erwin Rommel and continued during three relief attempts. The occupation of Tobruk deprived the Axis of a supply port closer to the Egypt–Libya border, which was within the range of Royal Airforce bombers.

The siege diverted Axis troops from the frontier and the Tobruk garrison repulsed several Axis attacks. The port was frequently bombarded by artillery, dive-bombers and medium bombers, as the RAF flew defensive sorties from airfields far away in Egypt.

Allied naval forces ran the blockade, carrying reinforcements and supplies in and wounded and prisoners out. On 27 November, Tobruk was relieved by the Eighth Army in Operation Crusader.

There will be a scenario consisting of air battles only
Panzer Strategy - Daizor

The air battles are a very important part of the Panzer Strategy game mechanics. Aircraft is often the key to victory.

The Battle of Britain in 1940 was the first major military campaign fought entirely by air forces. The Royal Air Force defended the UK against large-scale attacks by Luftwaffe. The German failure to destroy Britain's air defenses was the first major defeat of Nazi Germany in WWII.

In the game, we try to simulate the tide of this campaign. We have made a lot of 3d models of WWII planes for that

Commander's military awards
Panzer Strategy - Daizor

Before you start the campaign you choose the Commander of your HQ.

The Commander is one of the most important features of Panzer Strategy. It actually will define your personal style of gameplaying.

The Сommander defines some HQ's abilities, bonuses and even some side quests. Also, he will appear in all the cutscenes.

As you win a scenario he builds his career, receives new ranks, military awards and improves the skills and bonuses of your HQ.

We are working on the Commander's appearance now. Here is how his military awards look like at the moment.

Battle of Stalingrad
Panzer Strategy - Daizor

We could not skip the battle that is often regarded as the single largest and bloodiest battle in the history of warfare.

The Battle of Stalingrad in 1942 was the most major confrontation of WWII. Germany fought the Soviet Union for control of the city of Stalingrad.

The battle was marked by fierce close quarters combat and direct assaults on civilians in air raids. It lasted five months and the result was almost 2 million killed, wounded or captured on both sides. It was an extremely costly defeat for German forces.

Scenario features:
- close quarters combat;
- Soviet plants supplying ammo and vehicles;
- a lot of snipers in the Soviet army including Vasily Zaytsev.

Moscow was one of the primary military and political objectives for Axis forces
Panzer Strategy - Daizor

The Battle of Moscow was a military campaign that took place between October 1941 and January 1942.

German offensive towards the Soviet capital was nothing less than an "all-out attack". Moscow was one of the primary military and political objectives for Axis forces in their invasion of the Soviet Union.

The German strategic offensive, named Operation Typhoon, called for two pincer offensive. Initially, the Soviet forces conducted a strategic defense by constructing three defensive belts.

As the German offensives were halted, a Soviet strategic counter-offensive and smaller-scale offensive operations forced the German armies back.

It was a major setback for the Germans, the end of the idea of a fast German victory in the USSR.

We reproduced the tension of those days. Such small details as the Kremlin on the map do matter too. Water - in progress :)

Battle of Kursk
Panzer Strategy - Daizor

It was a WWII engagement between German and Soviet forces near Kursk. The battle was the final strategic offensive that the Germans were able to launch on the Eastern Front.

For the first time, a major German offensive had been stopped before achieving a breakthrough. The Germans, despite using more technologically advanced armor than in previous years, were unable to break through the in-depth Soviet defenses and were caught off guard by the significant operational reserves of the Red Army.

The Soviet victory, however, was costly, with the Red Army losing considerably more men and material than the German Army. However, the Soviet Union's larger industrial potential and pool of manpower allowed them to absorb and replenish these losses.

Kursk map is the biggest in Panzer Strategy at the moment. The map is made with 3000 individual hexes. The feature of this scenario is the most intensive ground battles in the whole game. Also, both sides of the battle will have a large number of armored vehicles.

Scharnhorst-class battleship vs Norwegian coastal artillery
Panzer Strategy - Daizor

Check its various armaments :)

The Scharnhorst class were the first capital ships referred to battleships. The class comprised two vessels: Scharnhorst and Gneisenau.

These ships were commissioned into the German fleet by 1939. They operated together for much of the early portion of WWII, for instance in Operation Weserubung, the German invasion of Norway.

Gneisenau was heavily damaged in an Allied air raid against Kiel. Scharnhorst was sunk by the Royal Navy battleship HMS Duke of York during the battle of North Cape.

PS: There is no water on the scene. Work in progress!

Soviet tanks of the Battle of Moscow
Panzer Strategy - Daizor

The T-60 scout tank was a light tank designed to replace the obsolete T-38. This easy to construct tank was designed to close a huge gap in Soviet armored forces after the defeats of summer 1941.

The second one is KV-1 Heavy Tank. The "Russian Colossus". KV tanks were practically immune to the 3.7 cm KwK 36 and howitzer-like, short barreled 7.5 cm KwK 37 guns mounted on early Panzer III and Panzer IV tanks.

Battle of Moscow is one of Panzer Strategy future scenarios
Panzer Strategy - Daizor

Operation Barbarossa called for the capture of Moscow within four months.

The Soviet Union did everything to prevent it. The Soviet forces conducted a strategic defense by constructing three defensive belts.

Moscow itself was also fortified. 250,000 women and teenagers worked building trenches and anti-tank moats around Moscow, moving almost three million m3 of earth with no mechanical help.

The Luftwaffe launched large-scale air raids on the city but those raids caused only limited damage because of extensive anti-aircraft defenses and effective civilian fire brigades.

And the last but not the least, the European Winter of 1941-1942 was the coldest of the twentieth century. The lowest December temperature reached –30 °C. The German troops were freezing with no winter clothing, using equipment that was not designed for such low temperatures. The Soviet troops were better prepared for this.

Range of 2 hexagons
Panzer Strategy - Daizor

We use the range of 2 hexagons for several units.

For instance, some German tanks can attack from distance longer than 1 hexagon. This light Soviet T-60 has no chance against the German Pz.IV Ausf.F2.

Various ranges add an additional strategy layer to the gameplay. You can attack an enemy unit from distance without risk.

Thank you all for the feedback!

Hi, everyone!

Thanks for your support and comments! Your feedback and ideas really give us inspiration and drive Panzer Strategy development.

Right now we are preparing a big update for the game, it’ll fix various issues and bugs you’ve reported.

But that’s not all – along with a more stable and polished game you’ll get a whole new scenario ‘Operation Weserübung’ that takes place during the German invasion of Norway in 1940. The update will be available in the coming weeks.

And once again, don't hesitate to reach us – we’ll be happy to communicate.

Best regards,
Panzer Strategy team

On 23 August 1942 the 6th Army reached the outskirts of Stalingrad
Panzer Strategy - Daizor

The battle began with the heavy bombing of the city. Much of the city was quickly turned to rubble, although some factories continued production while workers joined in the fighting. The Stalingrad Tractor Factory continued to turn out T-34 tanks literally until German troops burst into the plant.

Fighting within the ruined city was fierce and desperate. Stalin's Order decreed that all commanders who ordered unauthorized retreat would be subject to a military tribunal.

The following scenario features are based on these facts: close quarters combat and Soviet plants supplying ammo and vehicles.

Find out more about the new ‘Operation Weserübung’ scenario
Panzer Strategy - Daizor

The new scenario in the upcoming Panzer Strategy update is ‘Operation Weserübung’. It is a Wehrmacht operation carried out between April 9 and June 8, 1940. The game’s version of the events takes place on the map with 1530 hexes.

German infantry and reconnaissance units start on the transport ships. They have to land on the western coast of Norway. Also Germans can begin an invasion with light land forces available on the first turn – with the support of aviation and naval artillery.

The operation involved large German ships: ‘Scharnhorst’ and ‘Gneisenau’ battleships, ‘Admiral Hipper’ cruiser, as well as Type VII submarines and German Type 1934 destroyers. They will face the Royal Navy at the sea. Also expeditionary forces transport ships approach the western coast of Norway in order to prevent the German occupation.

You will command the key battles of the Danish-Norwegian operation: the naval clash of ‘Scharnhorst’ and ‘Gneisenau’ with HMS Renown, the Royal Navy battle with German destroyers near Narvik and the German forces’ assault of Oslo from the sea.

This is the most complex operation of the first three scenarios:
•   You have to command naval, air and ground forces at the same to secure the landing operation;
•   The AI acts strategically – in the same way as the Allies did;
•   The are multiple ways to achieve victory.

The update will be available in the coming weeks.

April 21 – a turning point in the Battle of Greece
Panzer Strategy - Daizor

On this day in 1941 223,000 Greek soldiers of the Greek army in Albania surrendered, with their retreat cut off by the German advance.

Operation ‘Marita’ also known as the Battle of Greece was the invasion of Greece by Italian and German forces during World War II. It is the ninth scenario in Panzer Strategy – you’ll be commanding both German and Italian armies.

When the German invasion began on April 6, the main forces of the Greek Army were stationed on the border with Albania. The Italian troops attacked directly there and the Germans invaded from Bulgaria, creating a second front. In Panzer Strategy the Germans will also have several deploying zones to start the invasion.

At the time Greece had already received some reinforcements from Britain, Australia and New Zealand, but that was it – no more help was sent afterwards. The Greek army found itself outnumbered against both Italian and German troops. The Metaxas defensive line didn’t receive adequate reinforcements and was quickly overrun by the Germans – the defensive line and the surrounding events will be featured in the scenario.

The British, Australian and New Zealand forces were overwhelmed and were forced to retreat. The German Army reached Athens by April 27 capturing 7,000 British, Australian and New Zealand personnel and ending the battle with a decisive victory. The conquest of Greece was completed with the capture of Crete a month later – this mission will be featured in Panzer Strategy too.

Gameplay features in the new ‘Operation Weserübung’ scenario
Panzer Strategy - Daizor

Hey everyone!

The big update is coming soon! Along with a more stable and polished game you’ll get a new scenario ‘Operation Weserübung’. As we’ve already mentioned, it takes place during the German invasion of Norway in 1940. The scenario features a map with 1530 hexes.

The first important change is that we’ve improved the AI. It will act more strategically, attack with ships and launch troop landings. Moreover, we’ve added some scripted events. For example, after Germans are stranded on the coast of Norway, the British ships will arrive and their troops will land on the coast too.

There are a lot of new units in this scenario including a coastal battery – a stationary unit for responding to attacks from the sea. It automatically engages enemy ships in its line of sight and can be captured via a ground attack.

The most complex part of the scenario are mechanics of naval warfare. Ships have different systems aboard such as main guns, anti-aircraft guns, depth charges, torpedos, sonars and the propulsion system. All systems are destructible and have their own STR. For instance, if the propulsion system is damaged, the ship’s speed decreases. When an enemy attacks a ship, damage points are shared randomly between its systems. Armored systems such as the main battery lose 1 STR per 1 point of damage. Light or unarmored systems such as torpedo tubes or anti-air guns lose 2 STR per 1 point of damage.

When firing you can choose a weapon from a ship armament by left-clicking on a weapon icon on the right interface column. Otherwise a weapon will be picked automatically.

Different types of ships are well balanced. Destroyers are anti-battleship units. They attack a battleship with torpedos from a 2 hexagons range. The ‘Battleship secondary armament’ skill allows a battleship to fire at destroyers automatically when they come close enough for a torpedo attack. Also destroyers have a sonar which makes them ideal for hunting submarines – they are difficult to detect and deal massive damage to transports.

May 10 in World War II
Panzer Strategy - Daizor

On May 10, 1940 the Battle of France began. In six weeks from 10 May 1940, German forces defeated Allies with mobile operations and conquered France, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.

When British, Belgian and French forces were pushed back to the sea by a well-organized German operation, Great Britain evacuated the British Expeditionary Force (BEF) and several French divisions from Dunkirk in Operation Dynamo. These events are depicted in the forth and fifth Panzer Strategy scenarios.

There Germans face Belgian and French forces, British Expeditionary Force, as well as Dutch and Luxembourg troops. The keystone of the ‘Fall Rot’ scenario is the Maginot Line, fortifications along the border with Germany. This fortification is historically accurate on the scenario map.

The French had built the Maginot Line During the 1930s. The line was intended to deter a German invasion across the Franch-German border and funnel an attack into Belgium. In 1940 Army Group C and Army Group A encircled and captured the French forces on the Maginot line. ‘Fall Rot’ was the second phase of the conquest of France. The remaining French divisions organized a heavy resistance, but were unable to overcome the German air superiority and armored mobility.

In the game you have several strategic options. For instance, you can deploy all your troops in the South and assault the Maginot Line from the right flank. So you do not need to cross the channels to conquer Belgium.

Also during this scenario you’ll encounter plenty of new units including the French heavy Char B1bis (pictured here). And of course, we couldn't skip the Battle of Dunkirk as a part of the Battle of France on the Western Front.

May 12 in World War II – "Operation Fredericus"
Panzer Strategy - Daizor

On May 12, 1942 Soviet forces under the command of Marshal Timoshenko launched an offensive against the German 6th Army from a salient established during the winter counter-offensive.

This scenario in Panzer Strategy also combines the defense and counter-offensive. Like in 1942 the Soviet offensive is concentrated near Izium and the "Barvenkovo bulge" while he forces to the South near Voroshilovgrad (Lugansk) just hold the line.

In 1942 the Soviet offensive was stopped on 15 May by a massive German campaign of airstrikes. Soviet command failed to accurately estimate the 6th Army's potential and overestimated their own newly raised forces and facilitated a German pincer attack. Hemmed into a narrow area, the 250,000-strong Soviet force was exterminated from all sides by German armored, artillery and machine gun firepower and after six days of encirclement the Soviet troops were either killed or taken prisoner.

In the game scenario the key to success is a proper deployment of core-units. The units available at the start are insufficient to stop the offensive. So the German strategy is completely in your hands.

The battle turned to be an overwhelming German victory, with 280,000 Soviet casualties compared to 20,000 for the Germans and their allies. The German Army Group South pressed its advantage, encircling the Soviet 28th Army and pushing back the 38th and 9th Armies as preliminary operations to Case Blue, – a strategic summer offensive in southern Russia in 1942.

What about realism? Can someone tell me how realistic the game is, despite being a turn-based one?

You known, once you play hard-cores games such as the Gary Grigb's series, TOAoW or even HOI V, you requirements gets pushed to the limits hehe.

This game is lighter than a GG game. The devs have tried to keep it historically accurate. It is a step above Panzer Corps.

Patch v1.20 of 20 November 2018
Panzer Strategy - Daizor

Major changes
•   New saving system. (Now all saves are separate files (instead of one big file with info about all saves) and are stored in the following default folder on your PC C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\Local\StarniGames\PanzerStrategy.
Please note that “AppData” is a hidden folder. So, now you can copy, delete etc individual saves or any number of them as it suits you. Back up your saves and so on (now you can safely uninstall the game without losing save files).

This change, however, came at a cost. We managed to preserve your saves made during the strategic phase of the game (between missions), but unfortunately the saves made during any given mission before this patch are now unavailable.

Also note that all land vehicles (ground transport) attached to units were sold and their cost in prestige added to your prestige, so you can buy them back. We are sorry to disrupt your gameplay and hope that availability of strategic phase saves will curb the damage. We were anxious to make this step as we did not want to disappoint our players. However, we understood that there were no other way to move forward without this painful step.

This new system is a huge step toward adopting steam cloud saves as well as better steam integration and other juicy stuff in future. It also helped us fix some of the existing issues and prevent some future problems before they came.

We hope that you will forgive us this inconvenience for the sake of unhindered future development of the game.
•   Added “Continue” button in main menu PSB-2209
•   Added quick save/quick load (F5/F8) PSB-2116
•   Command Points gain per turn now depends on the number of deployed core units. (Instead of core units) So, now you can omit deploying part of your army in certain missions to ensure more Command points income per turn. PSB-2367
•   Fixed not playing cutscene after Operation Sea Lion. PSB-2247
•   Major rework of damage distribution when attacking ships.
Now damage is distributed more evenly among all ship parts and hull. So, you basically need to wipe out all ship modules before you can sink a ship|(in most cases), unless you use torpedoes (which always damage only hull).

Torpedoes now do not apply statistic reduction, and reduce movement of the ship by 1. We are eager to let you try out the new damage distribution system, as we think it provides major increase in tactical thinking required for successful naval battles and reduces their randomness by huge margin. PSB-2345

•   Vulnerability mechanic has been removed from the game. (In previous versions ship`s AA guns, depth charges and torpedo tubes received x2 damage.)
•   Ships and submarines now can resupply their ammo and fuel at seaports. (You have to move them within 1 hexagon of a seaport.) PSB-2035
•   Fixed capital ships BuildIn skill "Barrage fire". Now it attacks (only) once with one of its secondary guns.) PSB-2309
•   Added line of fire for artillery. All artillery units: ship guns, land artillery and coastal batteries now cannot attack enemy units obstructed by mountain (and unpassable mountain) terrain. New label “No line of fire” indicates that you cannot fire at that target from current position due to terrain factor. PSB-2288
•   Air units (fighters and bombers) can now move 1 hex after being stopped mid air with overwatch ability (eg. AA overwatch fire). PSB-2258, PSB-2293
•   Fighters now can move 1 hex after attacking land units. (Same as bombers. Note that it does not allow them to move after attacking air targets) PSB-2280
•   Fixed coastal artillery. Now it works similar to Forts. PSB-2065 Coastal artillery now has range 3 (in its zone of fire). Beware! PSB-2297
•   Increased defense bonus for units if the enemy has no full information about the unit. If the unit is unknown (no unit type info, shown by ? on the map) defense increased by 4 (it was 2). If the unit is spotted (its type is known, shown by ?? in place of unit strength) defense increased by 2 (it was 1) PSB-2261
•   Added info (flying label) "Unidentified target: damage reduced" when firing at unidentified (unknown or spotted, see above)) unit. PSB-2243
•   Minimum entrenchment level for CloseDefence to apply increased from 3 to 4. (It means infantry has to be better entrenched to use CloseDefence parameter of armored units in combat. Makes armored units stronger vs infantry in certain situations.) PSB-2263
•   Bombers now can return fire even if they have no ammo left. (It is the only type of units in the game which does not use its ammo for return fire, and uses it only for attacks.) PSB-1957
•   Fixed support mechanics to check not only units attack value but also their current strength when choosing the most powerful unit to provide support.
When two or more units are eligible for support at the same time) Now ships AA guns would not support if there is fighter to provide support. (Ship`s AA has more air attack then fighter, but only 2 strength. So it would support only if there is a fighter with 2-3 hp contesting right to support) Same applies for artillery etc. PSB-2254
•   You can now see Build In Skills (skills which are same for all units of that class) (Do not confuse it with Level Up Skills which are chosen during level ups - those are seen only if you have full info about the enemy unit( as before)) of an enemy unit if it is spotted (unknown strength), earlier it was shown only if you have full information about unit. PSB-2211
•   Rebalanced activation costs of HQ skills: Aviation recon and Blitzkrieg +1 activation cost, Tank onslaught - unchanged, Frontline artillery -1 activation cost, Strategic bombing -1 activation cost.
•   Added info (flying label) "Initiative won" when unit wins initiative contest. (It is always attacking unit. If it wins initiative, it still attacks second (unless it has First Strike ability) but gains +4 to defence for the time of enemy counter attack. PSB-2256
•   Some positive (eg. unit is entrenched; or it is near HQ) and negative (eg. unit is in the river; or it was already attacked this turn) effects on units are now also displayed via a green or red icon (tick) on the unit. (You still can see all the effects in unit parameters window) The “ticks” stuck up to 3 and if the number of effects is higher then there is number under the “tick” going up. (Ticks usually show number of effects, the only exceptions are entrenchment and previous attacks where each level of entrenchment or each attack adds a separate “tick”. PSB-2289, PSB-2300, PSB-2302, PSB-2328, PSB-2337
•   Some hot keys effects are now shown via text on the screen. PSB-1589
•   Added symbol (<<) "Upgrade available" during the strategic screen. It is shown when there are new models available in this type of units after the last mission. PSB-2269

Other fixes and improvements
•   Fixed: Air units no longer gain bonuses (+4 to defence, +1 camouflage) when they are in a hex with building (eg. in Dunkirk or Stalingrade map) as if it was an infantry occupying that building.
•   Bombers now do not counterattack with bombing if the enemy ship is attacking them with AA gun from underneath (same hex, range 0). PSB-2375
•   Changed flying labels for damage to various ship parts. Now they reflect the type of part (eg. Anti-Aircraft Gun, Secondary Gun, Torpedo Tube) instead of exact part name (eg. 2 x 37 mm 50 Mle, 8 x 105 mm SKC/33, 4 x G7a 533 mm) Also, now damage to the ship hull is marked as “-x Hull” instead of plain “-x”. If not a single ship part took damage from an attack, “0” is shown.
•   Fixed torpedo tube with 0 hp being able to attack (for 0 damage) and put a -1 penalty for previous attack on the enemy. (Now it cannot be used) PSB-2291
•   Fixed torpedo tubes being able to shoot at the enemy ship through 1 hex of land PSB-2362
•   Torpedo tubes now cannot shoot at the enemy ship through a hex with another friendly or enemy ship. PSB-2377
•   Fixed train (and some other auxiliary units) having 0 spotting range. PSB-2343
•   Now units do not lose entrenchment levels if they attack without moving into another hex. (So you can now attack units next to the entrenched unit without losing its entrenchment) PSB-2356
•   Now after deploying one unit, next unit on the list is auto selected. (Earlier the first unit on the list was auto selected) PSB-2301
•   Fixed “Commissar” skill having no description. PSB-2222
•   Fixed “Poorly trained” skill having no description. PSB-2223
•   Fixed LinkedFight bug when you could use this ability before movement and then move.(Which is illegal due to LinkedFight description) PSB-2251
•   Fixed infantry on board a train being able to entrench. PSB-2339
•   In Battle for Atlantic mission fixed bug with rain effects lasting long after the rain has finished. PSB-2364
•   Fixed paratroopers in the air (transportation) gaining full fuel after save/load. PSB-2084
•   Fixed incorrect display of fuel (shown as full) and movement left (shown as max) of units in transportation mode after save/load. PSB-2195
•   Fixed icon for paratroopers disembarking from a ship (it was shown as a parachute as if they were disembarking from plane) PSB-2143
•   Fixed message when trying to disembark at seaport with all eligible hexes being already occupied. (It was saying you have to disembark at seaport) PSB-2144
•   Fixed message when trying to disembark at enemy controlled seaport. It was saying you have to disembark at seaport. PSB-2148
•   Fixed all AI embarked landing forces in Norway on “Marshall” difficulty level having 10 strength instead of 12. PSB-2366
•   Added "Click for detailed info" when you mouse hover over units parameters. PSB-2257
•   Fixed incorrect info “You do not have enough HQ points to learn a new HQ skill” after you already learned all levels of that skill. PSB-2182
•   Fixed minor bug with leveling up units skills PSB-2181
•   Fixed reinforcement of units cost 0 prestige while unit is on the train. PSB-2121
•   Fixed some issues with support firing range for certain units. PSB-2086
•   If you have AirRecon or AirStrike skill selected and choose where on the map to apply it, you now can cancel it by left clicking any allied unit. PSB-2152
•   Double clicking on the unit in “Reserve” tab will now center the camera on the nearest deploy hex. PSB-2281
•   Added info “Available between missions” for icons of increase/decrease unit strength”(-/+) and “disband” on units during the mission. PSB-2017

Panzer Strategy - Daizor

This patch addresses major problems which occurred after the 1.21 patch.

We are sorry that previous patch may have disrupted your playing experience, as we were eager to help some of the players with the issues they reported as soon as possible, and released patch (as is now apparent) somewhat prematurely.

Major fixes:

•   Fixed fatal errors occuring at various moments of the game.

Many thanks to everyone who helped us immensely by reporting this issue. We hope that you can now continue playing unperturbed.

Please let us know of any remaining issues and we will do our best to address them in due time.

Patch v1.22 of 03 December 2018
Panzer Strategy - Daizor

Major fixes:
•   Fixed major problem with “fatal error” when loading certain save files. Now it will not affect save files in future AND we were able to make save files already affected work. So you can just load any save file you have and it should work correctly. PSB-2440
•   Fixed paratroopers being able to move into hex with another land unit in it under some circumstances. PSB-2441
•   Fixed problem which sometimes caused seemingly random crashes on Norway map during AI turns. PSB-2442

Gameplay changes and other fixes:
•   Paratroopers and marines cannot disembark on rough terrain anymore. Now the only eligible tiles are “clear” and “desert”. PSB-2413
•   One tile on Norway map was changed from rough to clear to allow disembarkation. PSB-2411
•   Now when you choose a ship gun you can see its attack in parameters as a base value instead of bonus. (“16” instead of “0+16”)
•   Fixed aircrafts being able to use Altitude ability while on the airfield.
•   Now when you click outside deploy hexes during deploy, it would not cause deploy hexes to disappear (you had to click on some unit to turn them back on). PSB-2393
•   Now when you click on an allied unit which cannot be redeployed during deploy phase the “Reserve” tab will automatically switch to “Army” tab. PSB-2368

You have to deal 20+ damage* with your anti-tank unit to enemy units(any) while this unit (your anti-tank) has 4 or less strength (In the next update we plan to increase it to “6 or less strength”).
Can serve in: anti-tank.

*The damage has to be done with a single unit across any number of missions. Each of your units of corresponding type has its own counter, so they all work towards the final goal independently. However, once the first unit reaches the requirement, you gain a hero and all counters for this hero are frozen.
