Title: Saturday Flights

Did some aviating in FSX today, after installing ORBX Global Base and OpenLC North America (couldn't resist the 48% off sale). Here are some screen shots from some of my sessions today. You will see the T-45C in US Marine VT-9 livery (Tigers). The Goshawk is free from Dino Cattaneo--highly recommended. The other plane I flew around today in is the even-more-awesome (but not free) A2A Simulations C-172 with C.A.P. livery (Civil Air Patrol).

In the Goshawk I took off from KNLC (NAS Lemoore, California) and headed out west and did a couple of CQ traps on the USS Nimitz, then RTB'd to KNLC.

For the Cessna flight, I was joined by Asid for a flight of two from Darrington (1S2) to Arlington Muni (KAWO). After landing we headed back and flew VFR all the way, following the North Fork of the Stillaguamish River. For my second flight I departed 1S2 and flew via Penn Cove (CVV) VOR, Port Angeles CGAS (Coast Guard Air Station) (KNOW) and then to Sekiu (11S) which was my final destination.

Which one? A2A Cessna172 is payware. T-45C Goshawk is free.
