Title: Squad positions and load outs

I would like to get the groups input on what load out should be standard for the different positions in a squad. Please make your recommendations or what you like to use for each area and position. Also maybe what positions we do not want or do want in the squad. I understand this sometimes can be dependent on what the mission is.
For each position include the following.
1. Weapons
   a. scopes
   b. attachments
2. Launchers
3. grenades
4. Explosives
5. Misc items like (first aid, mine detectors, medical, repair, etc.
6. Ammo
7. armor vests
8. carry bags/backpacks
9. Other items like GPS, Rangefinders, etc.

Positions to consider.
1. Squad Leader
2. Team Leader
3. Medic
4. Repair
5. Marksman
6. Sniper
7. Rifleman
8. Grenadier
9. Autorifleman
10. Machine Gunner
11. AT specialist.Rifleman AT
12. Ammo Bearer
13. Radioman

When do you need this? Also if I may throw in my two cents  :) Take a look at this document, it starts on page 9 on what the squad has for weapons and equipment. Its located in my Dropbox. The unit is Light Infantry, Its a start.

It is my hope to work as a group with discussion, to come up with what works best in game, and for the players. No current timeline.
