CmRt-100492: CodeMeter License Server: The exclusive binding to TPM 2 under Linux introduced with CodeMeter 8.20 no longer requires special rights for CodeMeter License Server. The query now only requires the installed software module TSS2 (TPM Software Stack).

Bugfixes:
CmSetup-100073: Installer: Windows: The MSI packages contained in CodeMeterRuntime installers of type EXE were not signed, which meant that CodeMeter Runtime could not be installed on some systems.

CmRt-100475: CodeMeter License Server: macOS: On macOS, version 8.20 could lead to errors when interpreting the data if CmActLicenses was activated. With the current version, reading is now possible again without errors.

CmRt-100542: CodeMeter License Server: Since version 8.10, difficulties with reverse name resolution on some systems could lead to delays of several seconds, for example when starting CodeMeter.

CmRt-100527: CodeMeter License Server: CmActLicense: The detection mechanism of virtual machines (VM) has incorrectly classified a real hardware as VM for some rare hardware systems.

CmRt-100558: CodeMeter License Server: Depending on the system language set in relation to the display language in CodeMeter Kern API, error messages were not coded correctly and therefore question marks were displayed instead of the error message.

CmRt-100426: cmu: CmCloudContainer were not listed with the '--list-network' option.
