Units TEM

I am going on the assumption that Units Training, Experience, Morale (TEM), which is additive to a units AF and DF are better the higher they are?

For reference:



Here the top unit the blue Italian 1CC has a TEM of 1and the 7th WDF has a TEM of 3. So this is telling me that the 7th WDF TEM is +3 to its AF/DF?

No, I read that incorrectly, using the show unit details indicates that the 7th WDF has the following traits:

I changed the display to show calculated (I think) values and now the counters show me these values which actually line up with what the strength is.



Now I have to rethink my next moves...
