I. SITUATION

   a. Enemy.
      Our success in Sayra didn't break their backs. The enemy retrograded from Sayra and has regrouped for another attack, an attempt to gain what they've previously lost. We expect their attack to focus on the crossing points along the Trevira River with the goal of re-taking Sayra.

   b. Friendly.
      To our north, the 2nd Battalion seized Gakas and is preparing to attack along the northern axis to protect our flank. Our BN HQ has jumped to Sayra and re-established its Unit Maintenance Control Point (UMCP)

II. MISSION: Your combat team attacks to clear enemy forces from Cantavo

III. EXECUTION

   a. Key Tasks
      1. Defeat the enemy attack & retain Sayra
      2. Clear enemy forces from Cantavo

   b. Fires
      1. 4x 120mm Tubes (organic)
      2. 1x6 battery of 155mm (direct support)
      3. Fire Support Team (A9)

   a. Recovery, Medical, and Supply are all organic to your company
   b. Repair. The Battalion UMCP will repair/revive all vehicles

Failed ambush

After rearming, we cross the river, while the UMCP repairs vehicles

We run into heavy resistance from a platoon of T-90s

We are ambushed from the north, but we quickly respond

Oleg rescues me from an enemy double pincer attack

We push into the objective with 2 tanks

Attacking enemy HQ

We destroyed the enemy HQ, but we ended the mission before we dealt with an enemy counterattack. Therefore, the mission was scored as a defeat, though it was a hard-fought victory.
