Feature Request: enable/disable tacview recording in realtime

Hi.

It would be great if one could have an option to enable/disable tacview recording ( mainly to preserve CPU but also just to record events of interest) either via hooks into DCS - think enabling/disabling AVTR, or just via a key-command. Obviously, being able to map this to a switch in DCS would be optimal.

Every time one would start a recording, a new file would be generated until the recording is stopped.

after this video I think is totally necesary. I tested it and had lots of fps more in my VR multiplayer mission. If not I think I would leave this always off.

In case in future this is implemented. I would like it to be always recording so we do not forget to activate it in missions, BUT to have an hotkey to stop or pause the recording once we find low FPS performance.
