Il2 Sturmovik TacView server config

I'm looking for someone who could tell me how to configure TacView server to store acmi files AFTER the mission on a disk. I've heard Blue Flag server is configured this way.

At moment we are trying to run Il2 Sturmovik server with TV but we heard that some people use TV net code to cheat as a "radar app". That is why we don't want to give telemetry during flight.

Is it possible to block telemetry outside the server completely but record and upload the acmi file after mission end?
