by the way. difference is not a bad thing lumi ...
and that would be the power of that words: united (we're friends) in difference (i'am a rocknroll tech, cougar is a security chief, your a lumber, that is a difference and it's not bad.

Simpler colors improved readability.  It's a good choice in my opinion.
