DOW Moving To 4.023

In accordance with internal discussion, DOW will be moving to Steel Beasts version 4.023. We will be using 4.023 from Sunday, May 13 onward. You can download the 4.023 installer from eSim Games' downloads page here. To install 4.023, you will first need to uninstall 4.019.
I ride inside Steel Beasts.
