It seemed to me that the battle was like this:

My division came from the extreme corner of the map in the southeast. I received an order to move north and then along the main road from east to west move towards the city (to the object). So, as my way was the widest, I decided that I would enter the battle the very last. As soon as I was in the area of ​​the city, I immediately launched an attack. But then it turned out that I joined the fight one of the first. This greatly affected the fighting efficiency of my division. But it seems to me that it was my attack that attracted the enemy's attention to my front line, which forced him to maneuver to my rear (at one time I was squeezed from both sides, but then successfully retreated). But it was at this time that the left wing of our forces entered the rear to the main forces of the enemy.

My division was already weak. She was not dangerous. The danger was quite different from the other flank. Our left wing made a very successful attack.

This is my interpretation of the events of this battle.
