Logitech G25 and G27 encoder wheel repair.

As most of you know my steering wheel died and I had to repair it. I know some of you have the same wheel so bellow is a detailed video on what the issue is and how to repair it avoiding buying a new wheel.

The encoder wheel responsible for telling the controller at what position the wheel is is made of very brittle plastic (thermoharder). The plastic can not stand the heat from the electric motor its mounted on and hardens the plastic to a point it shatters. My replacement encoder wheel was way to expensive but I have been searching for over 5 hours to find a cheaper one and at some point in my oppinion I can not afford to waste more time on searching a cheaper solution.
