I had trouble getting it to run on my Win 8.1 machine. I ended up using Win7. They have excellent support. Maybe you should look at their forums and do a bit of reading about Win 10.

Yeah I looked at their website & it says compatible with Win10 so I will ignore the bad press & give it a go.
