The alpha version of the game is over, officially the status changes to Beta.
All Alpha version servers were closed, all the current progress is available for saving to the Avanium server. Selecting the server Avanium player is given the opportunity to save any of the existing characters for the continuation of the game.
Added 4 types of servers. Details on the features of each kind can be seen in the tooltip, pointing the mouse at the name of the server.
For hardcore servers and Avionium, a system for detecting all types of ore is introduced, depending on the level of intelligence and mining. The system works similarly to the already existing collection and perception system.

The delete character button has been moved to the Game section.

Winter has come.
All white mounts are temporarily dressed in Christmas outfits.
In the game shop are available mounts in Christmas dresses, as well as a unique Winter Barghest.
Opening the Bronze, Iron and Steel chests, there is also a chance to get Christmas mounts as an reward.

Friends! As a result of yesterday's battles on the Ignos server a number of problems were identified regarding the stability of servers with current configurations. The server's work did not proof our expectations and we have to admit that we can not ensure the stable operation of the application to all players from all over the globe within the same server. We apologize for our miscalculation. After studying all the causes of the problem as well as the wishes of the players and negative feedbacks from Steam - a number of important decisions were made which we want to introduce to everyone.

Since hardcore PvP format turned out to be one of the most popular we decided to open additional server of this type which will be based in South America to provide the most stable work for all players in this region who are experiencing the greatest problems at the moment. All characters on the Ignos server will have a compensation - free move out scroll and transfer scroll. Any player will be able to transfer his character for new server immediately with current progress saved. Before transferring the character himself – check that you used your move out scroll by pressing move out button on your dominium stone to pack all your belongings with you. Otherwise you run the risk of moving away forgetting your property which will not be restored in case of this mistake. This kind of resettlement scheme can be expected for Ventar if similar problems arise.

In connection with the newly discovered factors we are forced to delay the siege cycles timer on PvP servers for the next 2 weeks. Our team has received all the necessary data and is already working on solving three tasks at once which will increase game client speed removing the lags with active PvP and also reduce the load on the server increasing the stability of its operation. Part of these works will be added for tests already before the end of the week. We plan to finish the rest within the next week. Once the work is completed - we will activate the siege on all PvP servers. Bidding for guild castles on PvE servers will be launched this weekend.

I saw a lot of negative reviews and ppl complaining about it's monetized system and grind. That's the reason that i didn't buy it yet.

The game looks astonishing, but i still have my fears.

In its very early stages, the devs created the shop so that people could support the development of the game. I have not played this for a while. I hope to jump back in soon.

Just a note. I REALLY dislike pay to win :beatings

We opened a new hardcore PvP server in South America. It was called Iktos. As promised earlier, we provide a possibility to transfer your characters from the Ignos server for free. To do this, just type the command “/transfer” in the chat window. Then you will receive a notification with instructions to transfer. Your house and property will be automatically placed to your inventory as a scroll if you have at least one free cell in inventory. After that you will be redirected to the server selection window, where you can select a new server.

The possibility of a free transfer will be available until January 15th. We strongly recommend this to all players from South America who have high ping in the game.

Improvements and fixes 0.9.48
- The working principle of mounts completely redone. When you call for mount your character immediately sits on the animal while dismounting removes animal from the world. Tamed animals now always occupy one cell in inventory. It can be transferred or sold at any time. When your character dies mounts drop out of the bag and can be picked up and used by other players if the server rules allow it.
- If before the update the player has tamed mounts standing in the world - they will be moved to his inventory if there are free cells there otherwise they will be placed in stable.
- The game adds the possibility of free transfer from the server Ignos until January 15 by using the command /transfer in the chat window.
-The ability to change the number of models displayed on the screen is added in the video settings. It is strongly recommended to reduce this value to all players experiencing problems with a low number of FPS.
- Changed all the icons displayed in the game in case of models limit on the screen.
- Collision system in the game – optimized. That should significantly improve performance especially with a large number of moving objects on the screen. This change affects all kinds of interaction with objects in the world in case of any problems in the game please immediately inform us at support@playwildterra.com or the "Help" button in the game.
- The bidding for castles on all PvE servers is enabled.
- The duration of the bidding period for castles on PvE servers was changed to 16 hours.
- Fixed a number of errors in the descriptions.
- Fixed a bug where a number of ammunition inflicted the wrong damage.
- Fixed a bug with respawn on the leader.
- Fixed a bug where 2 missions with similar goals incorrectly counted the performed actions.

Players will be able to participate in the first siege and compete for the first castles on the server next Saturday. All animals will be removed from all disputed lands during the siege hour not to interfere with the battles. Friends! Less than a month has passed since the release. We listened attentively to all your wishes, opinions, reviewed all complaints from new players about the work of certain mechanics in the game, learned all the information about the complexities faced by players, and a plan of the nearest works was created based on these data. We will be glad to tell you our plans more detailed.

One of the first problems that players face is the extraction of bear skin. Despite the fact that we planned the bear as a kind of boss whose skin is pierced only by steel and iron arrows designed for a group of several people - we were unable to explain this position for our players. Setting it up so that the extraction was too tough for the lone travelers we only achieved that the players began to massively use various abuses which led to a certain imbalance and also caused discontent among the players themselves. To date we have almost solved the problem of killing bears using various obstacles after which the current format of the kill alone will be more inaccessible to players and therefore they will be forced to hunt in standard ways using a group of players. The bear will be slightly changed in its parameters so that a company of several people would be enough to kill it while one or two players will not be enough to do it. As a well-deserved reward for diligence all bears of level 50 and above will give a guaranteed bear skin in case of successful triggering of the skill of skinning.

The second problem which was repeatedly voiced by the players is the lack of iron ore on the servers. Due to the fact that the mechanism for the spawn of the ore was set for the equal spawn of iron in the world a huge part of the players which did not go beyond the range of their residence constantly reported about a total lack of ore in the game while hundreds iron nodes appeared and stood in remote regions . We are working on a complete reworking of the ore occurrence system in which the regions with lack of nodes will be chosen as a priority for its respawn in order to prevent excessive congestion in remote areas.

One of the major problems the solution of which does not allow us to open access to the Corrupted Lands area for players is the problem of the so-called "ghosts". To date we already started closed tests of a new system which should solve this problem. Within a couple of days it will be tested after which it will be available for tests on the Avanium server. If the optimization of this part of the client and server work will be successful then the Corrupted Lands will be open to the players by the end of the week. Moreover the new system will fix the errors of the "ghosts" from monsters and animals.

We examined multiple requests from players to review the current system of attributes and the problem associated with the impossibility of combining a full-fledged artisan with the combat aspects of the game. To date the concept of introducing a new class of fighters aimed at close combat in light armor is being developed due to the possibility of dodging attacks. We plan to introduce a new type of light armor with an increased protection parameter which will allow you to get the desired 80% protection against damage in light armor. In this case the heavy armor absorption parameter will be replaced by the dodge parameter not as high as in standard light armor but which will allow full-scale close combat without a shield in light armor. This type of melee fighters in light armor will be directly tied to intellect stat which is now not involved in any combat aspect.

Also, we still have a number of optimization tasks. Ensuring the stable operation of the Latin American server Iktos and the standard optimization processes that we keep constantly.

As the final touches it was decided to reconfigure the Avanium server in some aspects for a lighter version. So the strength of monsters which is now set at the level of a hardcore server will be reduced and the spawn of iron ore will be increased.

- Corrupted Lands are now opened to all adventurers on all servers.
- A completely new system for synchronizing the game client and server is implemented. As a result the problem of ghosts and doubles of not existing monsters and animals was solved. The system will be further developed and optimized for synchronization of processes.
- Bears and other animals and monsters with melee attack have learned to overcome small water obstacles.
- The chance to get the skin from a bear of level 50 and above set to 100% in case of success triggering of the skinning skill.
- Bear ranged defense increased.
- Steel arrows now have penetration versus armor in PvE combats.
- Added notice of missing items put up for sale at the time of moving.
- Added the ability to expose goods to the store using Shift + Click.

Chests and keys can be collected from corpses, treasures, godsends, or purchased in the in-game store.

In the game there are three types of chests, each of which can be opened only with the appropriate key. The cost of the chests is different, however, the value of the award in terms of gold remains the same. The reward and the chances of obtaining it in the chests are different and are proportional to it’s value.

The rare reward in the chests will change after a certain period of time (several weeks). Have time to receive unique rewards of this rotation!
