Changes in the Mounts and Pets

Friends! Since the last update we've received a lot of complaints about how new mounts started to work how they changed the picture of PvP how bad and inconvenient it was to play. We collected and analyzed a large amount of data and decided to take the following steps.

- Divide the concept of mounts and pets into two completely different things.
- Mounts will not attack even for self-defense purposes.
- We will add saddle or other animations on mounts to easily identify them from pets and wild animals.
- We will add the "FOLLOW" button in the action menu, which will allow you to switch the follow mode for mounts.
- Make auto recall of all premium gifted and lottery mounts when the player logs off.
- Add in the game the ability to tame bears wolves wild boars both for riding and in the role of a pet.
- Pets of aggressive animals will NOT be sold in game shop will NOT be available as rewards and in lotteries. After death there would be no ways to revive it. These pets will be available only through animal taming. Current following and aggression system for pets - will remain.

Improvements and fixes 0.8.38
Updated the shell of the game client.

Added scrolls to increase the +1 performance. Using the scroll, you can also overcome the limit to the maximum level of the characteristic, having received the effect of the 13th level. At the same time, only one characteristic can be increased, the duration of the scroll effect is 1 hour. Reusing a same scroll increases the effect time by 1 hour. At death the bonus is saved, time in an offline is not considered. The cancellation of the scroll effect before the expiration of time is impossible.
New scrolls are available in treasures, lottery chests, as a reward for killing monsters in the Corrupted Lands, and can be purchased in the in-game shop. Scrolls transmitted, can be sold through an auction.

Fixed scales of bonuses from the characteristics, taking into account the addition of the possibility of obtaining the 13th level characteristics.
Fixed the error of the incorrect principle of saturation with an increased Strength.
Fixed skill "Pounce", requires a light armor for its use.
Fixed a critical error with the addition of grouse to the pet house.

Improvements and fixes 0.8.39
- Added the Unholy monsters - fox, boar, wolf, bear, carnivorous pumpkin.
- After killing the Unholy monsters, the player gets a chance to collect the green brains of zombies from them with a knife. The skill of freshness and the quality of the knife do not affect the chance, it depends on the type of animal.
- The received brains can be exchanged for valuable prizes at an auction in the tab "Events"
- The witch's hat is added. Has light armor parameters, it gives movement speed bonus to the owner. Available for exchange for brains at auction, has several quality options.

- Added a new effect - poisoning. All dUnholy monsters are able to use this effect on the enemy. The victim of poisoning begins to quickly lose his stamina.
- Added a new template of the wooden fort. All built forts were rebuilt automatically.
- Implemented display of the guild name on the stone of the guild castle.
- Changed the size and colors of the interface fonts and slowed the display of messages. All fonts have become larger and brighter, and messages remain longer.
- The craft menu has been redesigned, layout logic has been changed, number of items has decreased, and navigation has become more intuitive.

Improvements and fixes 0.8.4
The first part of the work on the redesign of the game interface was carried out.
Added portrait of the character (we plan to add the possibility of its changes and settings).
Changed the color scheme of the interface.
The Construction and Craft windows are merged into one.
On the Character tab a lot of information is combined, including the Action menu and General information that were previously displayed on the main game screen or not displayed at all.
There was a display of Fame level, the number of deaths, the percentage of fatigue, and possibility to switch Title from the list.
Added a Settings window, containing options that you could previously configure only manually through the config.js file.
Added a tab with Help and links to information resources about the game process.
Now you can adjust the volume level of music and sounds.
All interface windows can now be moved across the screen.

Added a system of automatic blocking of players suspected of trying to hack the game client. This function is currently being tested.
Fixed a bug due to which some players had the problem of slow motion on very powerful PCs compared to other players.
Fixed a bug where the image on the screen did not change, while the gameplay continued.
Fixed a bug where the tamed animal lost its level if the player tried to add it to the inventory without free space.
Buttons with debugging information should now be pressed together with the Ctrl key to avoid accidentally clicking on it while playing.
Replaced icons for pets and mounts.

Added quests for newly created characters to help beginners understand the game.
Added daily quests for all players. Every day you can undertake the quest, at the end of which a reward is provided.

The system of daily quests has been improved.
Training tasks can now be canceled only if the "Novice" effect has expired.
Now one new quest is available immediately after canceling one of the active ones.
Daily quests are divided into easy, medium and hard.
Easy quests are issued only while the "Novice" effect is active.
Medium quests usually can be done alone.
For hard quests, most likely, you will need a group, but the reward will be appropriate.

Friends! The time has come when we are ready to announce the release date of the game. We were forced to keep this information in secret until the last moment as there were too many factors beyond our control that could affect these terms. Now we are working with final preparations so you can enjoy the game on new servers on December 18th. And those who supported us purchasing the game in the early access - will be able to try out new servers on this weekend.

On December 15 all current Alpha servers will be closed. Avanium will be available in the server list for all players. The game will offer you a choice of a list of all your characters available for transfer. You will have to make a choice in favor of one the most important and expensive for you. Dominium with all the warehouses and containers, all property and belongings will be automatically placed in your inventory in the form of a deed. After moving to a new server you can place your dominium from this scroll in any place you like and continue playing with hundreds of other players. Note: for transfer you need at least one free cell in your character's inventory otherwise he risks leaving your dominium on the old server.

Also the list of new release servers will be displayed for all players. Depending on your access status - each player will see the date when the creation of new characters will be available for him. The first wave of players will be admitted to the servers already on Saturday December 16.

Each release server provides a tooltip with a description of the features of the game on this particular selected server. We strongly recommend that you familiarize yourself with all the features of new servers before creating a character.

Since Wurm i didn't found any other "grind" mmo.

Maybe i should give a try, 2d graphics are really a true charm.
