Hi guys, thank you for a good game.!
We are waiting for a new scenario for cooperative play. We can use not only the techniques of the USSR.
We are already looking at missions for next time. Let us know what equipment you like  :)

Also, I was thinking that what if we would ask others and maybe 911 if they are interested of joining into weekly Wednesday mission rotation?

Any thoughts guys?

So co-op, same equipment. Chees... need to think this.

I'm not going to script AI so i think I will simply play on enemy side alone making it little more smart. Though now question is of what kind of mission... and thus cause it's AI controlled vehicles opfor will need quite large number... unless it's against modern ones such as m1a2s hmm...  and it's total mystery of how many players we will get so... hmm chees

Also it likely should be something simple so that potentially large numbers of players with likely communication trouble would be able to keep up on what's supposed to happen.

Erm good ideas anyone?

I'm guessing it will be attack of different companies. RA, DoW and reserve

Hi Lumi,

is it possible to spawn or desactivate units from the menu triggers ?

Maybe something you can do if you are unsure about participant count, is to make one mission with a few companies per side. Then with triggers you just spawn/desactivate some of them so you can scale the OOB depending on the number of players. :)
That way, you have a mission ready, if you have extra people, or if some people are missing, you manage the unit count at mission start !

That's what i do sometime in DCS, but i'm not very familiar with steelbeast.

Yes

We do that in some of our set missions already.

In steelbeast adding is easy. Taking away.... is not possible unless unit is spawned "dump" unit that will disappear when it hits exit zone.

Only way in steelbeast are to disable or destroy.

But thats not really what I'm troubled of. I'm more troubled of what kind... what type mission and what kind of story would make it interesting and immersive. B that it would be something else. Than just a shooting range.

Also trying to think terrain / environment... and eny tactics. Well... regardless I'm going to make enemy do something surprising anyways... but what... is yet mystery
