Download: Click HereChanges (from v1.6)1. Fixed bug that prevented supply losses to be counted
during attacks on Artillery units. This was known as the
"Super Artillery" bug on the Wargamer.
2. Set Terrain Only attribute during CO Execution if Fog of
War option is selected. White hex outline during CO moves
and combat results during CO attacks are still shown, but
only give a clue as to the operations being executed by
the CO.
3. Replacements can now be allocated if a unit is in supply. It is
no longer necessary for a unit to be on a supplied railhead.
Units that are not in supply have an "X" displayed across their
supply losses. Replacements cannot be allocated during Turn #1,
since marking of in/out of supply occurs at the end of Turn #1.
4. Added the following icons to the toolbar:
a. Super Zoom. Displays East Front map when selected. Subsequent
left clicks on the map area will display the low level map in the
vicinity of where the player clicks. A right click will display
the East Front map again. This continues until the toolbar icon
is deselected. Note that selecting Super Zoom deselects the
standard zoom capability, and vice versa.
b. East Front Map. Selection display the East Front map.
c. Reinforcements. Selection displays only the units that are
entering the game this turn.
d. Withdrawals. Selection displays only the units that are leaving
the game this turn.
e. TEM. Selection displays only the unit TEM on the high and mid
level maps.
f. Eliminated units. Selection displays only the units that have
been eliminated from the game and have not been rebuilt. The
units are displayed on the map where they were destroyed.
5. The combat penalty for multiple HQ units for attackers and defenders
is set to zero if the Command and control HQ Effects option is not
selected.
6. HQ units have a total defensive capability of 1, regardless of
terrain and other modifiers.
7. If Fog of War (FOW) is chosen and a combat is initiated, defenders
are not outlined on the map until at least one valid attacker has
been selected. This prevents using the combat operation to bypass
FOW.
8. For RR conversions, RGW now checks for a valid adjacent friendly
converted RR hex before checking for enemy units. This prevents using
this operation to bypass FOW.
9. If the Scenario Unique option is selected, then the following percentage
of move operations are prevented:
Scenarios 1-3, 12.5%, Russians (loss of C&C)
Scenario 45 and 47, 12.5%, Germans (Hitler Standfast order)
Scenario 51, turns 1-8, 12.5%, Russians (loss of C&C)
Scenario 51, turns 156-176, 12.5%, Germans (Hitler Standfast order)
