FSX: Northwoods Air Service PAKT to CZST First Flight

Northwoods Air Service got our first job since starting up last week.  Just a quick delivery of some dried good from Ketchican(PAKT) to Stewart British Columbia(CZST).

Departure METAR: PAKT 140253Z 13003KT 10SM CLR 21/M03 A3007 RMK AO2 SLP181 HARBOR WIND 09010KT T02111028 56006

Not bad conditions for departure but expecting minor fog as we get closer to Stewart.

Take off from the float ramp in PAKT.





Leaving the Ketchican area. pretty smooth departure though enough wind to have to pay attention to it.



Heading East through the mountains towards CZST. Wind a little more of an issue as I make the eastern turn out of PAKT.





Getting into some higher elevation snow as I cross over into British Columbia. Winds still something to deal with at this point.



Made the turn back North for final into the CZST float plane base.  Winds much more calm. Nice easy flight turning on to final.

Arrived at the base at the ramp CZST.  Short but very enjoyable first flight for Northwoods.

Now this brings back memories. FSX bush flying can be very immersive and enjoyable. I used to use the Aerosoft Beaver or the Dodosim 206.
