This is just a quick post about the tech support and customer service I have received from Graviteam.
I have contacted them on a few occasions with questions and requests. They have always answered promptly and even fulfilled the odd request.
English is not their first language. They need to translate the message and translate it back to English. This is not an issue as the replies are more than adequate.
This is a very small team (less than 5). They try hard and put out great products at very reasonable prices. Other developers could learn a thing or two here.
